To submit a donation request, please email us with the following information:
- Organization name and contact information
- Date of event
- Whether your organization is a 501(c)(3) or 503 organization
- Brief description of the event
- What is being requested
Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation. We review all requests and will be in touch if we are able to help.
